Payment Policy

Booking Instructions

After reviewing the room information provided on the website, guests may book a room using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Call us directly for faster assistance and real-time room availability information.
Method 2: Visit the address listed on the website to make a reservation in person.

Check-in & Check-out Time

• Check-in: From 14:00 (early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur an additional charge).
• Check-out: Before 12:00 noon.

Note: Additional services outside the package/program will be charged according to hotel regulations.

Payment Methods

Once a reservation is made, our booking system will send a confirmation email to the guest. Payment for the reservation must be completed by the due date using one of the following methods:

Online Payment via Bank Card (ATM / International Credit Card)

This is a fast and convenient online payment method for guests who wish to reserve rooms in advance.

To make payment:

• The booking system will redirect guests to the online payment page. Please follow the instructions to complete payment.
• If the online payment system is temporarily unavailable, we will send a payment link from our partner bank via email. Guests can follow the instructions to complete payment.

If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.

Offline Payment via Bank Card (ATM / International Credit Card)

If online payment is unavailable, we will send a “Credit Card Authorization Form.” Guests are required to:

• Complete and sign the form
• Provide copies of both sides of the card
• Provide a copy of Passport / ID Card

These documents are required to guarantee the reservation.

If guests wish to use the provided card for payment, we will charge the card on the payment due date. Guests must present the same card upon check-in for verification. Otherwise, payment must be made using another card or cash, and the previously charged amount will be refunded. Refund processing may take approximately 21 working days.

If guests wish to pay using a different card, please inform us in advance. In this case, we will not charge the provided card, but we may place a temporary hold equal to the booking amount.

If guests fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice (No-show), the charged amount will not be refunded.

The cardholder must be one of the staying guests.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations if required information is not provided or if we do not receive a response by the payment due date.

Bank Transfer Payment

This method is available for guests who wish to reserve rooms in advance without using a bank card.

• We will send bank account details to the guest’s email address.
• Please transfer the payment and include the sender’s name, phone number, and booking confirmation number in the transfer description.
• Notify us after the transfer so we can verify the payment.
• Once payment is received, we will contact guests to confirm the reservation.

If payment is not completed by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Direct Payment at Reception

This flexible payment method is available for guests booking directly at the Front Desk. Depending on the agreement, guests may pay before or after using the services.

Payment Security Policy

We do not store any credit card or bank account information used by guests on our website through third-party payment gateways.

All card payment systems on the website are provided by legally licensed payment gateway partners in Vietnam. Therefore, our payment security standards comply with the security standards required by our payment partners.
